Crittermate Privacy Policy

1. Scope and Operator

This Crittermate Privacy Policy applies to the Crittermate app for compatible Android, iPhone, and iPad devices. Pomyra Technologies LLC is the developer responsible for the app practices described here.

2. No Data Collection, Sharing, or Sale

Crittermate does not require an account. Pomyra Technologies LLC does not collect, share, or sell user data through Crittermate.

Crittermate does not contain advertising, user tracking, analytics SDKs, in-app purchases, or cloud saves.

3. Local-Only App Data

Crittermate keeps the following settings and progress only on your device:

• sound and music settings;
• the current game state;
• character selections;
• achievement progress; and
• difficulty progress.

This local data is not sent to servers controlled by Pomyra Technologies LLC. Uninstalling Crittermate removes the app's on-device copy. A device backup may retain or restore app data according to your device, Apple, or Google backup settings; Pomyra does not operate or control those backup services.

Apple and Google may independently process information to operate their app stores, deliver downloads and updates, provide device backup, or handle optional diagnostics. That processing is governed by the applicable platform's notices and your device settings, not by this policy. Crittermate does not use that information for advertising, tracking, or profiling.

4. Audience

Crittermate is intended for a broad audience, but it is not specifically directed to children.

5. Changes and Contact

If Crittermate's privacy practices change, Pomyra Technologies LLC will update this page and its effective date.
