This page provides official support and contact information for Pomyra. The current website is a static informational site, and public Pomyra app services, accounts, payments, downloads, and forms are not available through this website.

Any future app review, store review, or platform support submission should use the current public policy pages and this official support email, and should not describe app features or data practices that are not yet live.

Privacy And Data Requests

For privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, deletion requests for email-related information, or questions about data handling, email support@pomyra.com. You can also review the Privacy Policy.

The current website does not provide public accounts or account records. If public accounts launch later, account-specific deletion will be handled through account settings or the account interface for that service, with any platform-required web request resource or account support flow provided at that time.

Security Reports

To report a security issue related to the public website, email support@pomyra.com with a clear subject line such as "Security report". Include enough detail for review, but do not include harmful code, exploit traffic, or sensitive data that is not needed to explain the report.

If a platform listing, app distribution requirement, or applicable regional law requires additional verified business contact details, Pomyra will provide the required information through the relevant platform account, product listing, or this support page before that service is made publicly available.
